Last week was busy at work and when the weekend came I was SO happy. On Saturday Anne came over for dinner and it felt really quite Christmassy. As I’m writing this it’s raining but I don’t really mind, I’d actually prefer if we didn’t get any snow this year, everything’s so much easier without the snow to be honest.
This week I’ll try and finish off my Christmas shopping, only a couple of little things to get and then I’m all done. Then come the fun bit, wrapping it all!

Good morning! I could go without the snow too. We had a mini storm Saturday that created a mess and a half on the roads. Snow to rain then to freezing ice. Horrible. Can you believe how fast December month is going? Christmas next week already. Enjoy and let’s hope we both get no snow …. yeah right!
Hm, I don’t know, I suppose there are negative sides to snow. However, I’m assuming that since it’s such a part of life in Sweden, it’s dealt with just as efficiently as in Switzerland, as a matter of course… no?! I’d be very sad to have a winter without snow (which we did a few years ago :(), it also confuses the plants!!
Hello everyone! Here we are having a hot and rainy month. The rain is good, makes our Summer less unbearable. I’m not sure I would deal ok with all the snow you guys ;-).

MedL – Not always as efficiently as we would hope. You’d think public transport would know that we get rough winters here in Sweden but every year it’s the same old story with delays, cancellations, slippery tracks etc etc. Also riding my bike through the snow at 6 am before the overnight snow’s been cleared is no fun at all.
